Doug handles a variety of legal matters, including litigation, real estate, land-use and business transactions. He represents many local and national businesses and non-profit organizations and has significant experience with counseling charitable organizations, trade organizations and other non-profit entities. Doug is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, and the District of Columbia. Doug is active in the community and serves on the boards of the NH Center for Non-Profits and a local youth assistance organization. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire (1991) and Western New England College School of Law (1997). Doug joined the firm in 2004 after relocating from Washington, D.C. where he practiced with the law firms of Mintz, Levin and Webster, Chamberlain & Bean. He is a member of the New Hampshire, Rockingham County, Maine and DC Bar Associations. He also is a member of the American Society of Association Executives – Legal Section, the NH Center for Non-Profits and the Portsmouth Rotary. |
