Attorney Thomas Keane

Tom has extensive experience in real estate and conveyance law, as well as corporate and business law. While he is focused on such areas, his practice is broadly defined, and he also handles certain civil litigation, family and estate planning matters. Tom is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association (Corporate and Business Section) and American Bar Associations, as well as the New Hampshire representative to the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. He is a former Trustee and Vice Chairman of the Foundation for Seacoast Health and remains active in the non-profit community throughout the seacoast. Tom is a graduate of St. Michael’s College (1972) and George Mason School of Law (1977).

Attorney Doug Macdonald

Doug handles a variety of legal matters, including litigation, real estate, land-use and business transactions. He represents many local and national businesses and non-profit organizations and has significant experience with counseling charitable organizations, trade organizations and other non-profit entities. Doug is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, and the District of Columbia. Doug is active in the community and serves on the boards of the NH Center for Non-Profits and a local youth assistance organization. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire (1991) and Western New England College School of Law (1997). Doug joined the firm in 2004 after relocating from Washington, D.C. where he practiced with the law firms of Mintz, Levin and Webster, Chamberlain & Bean. He is a member of the New Hampshire, Rockingham County, Maine and DC Bar Associations. He also is a member of the American Society of Association Executives – Legal Section, the NH Center for Non-Profits and the Portsmouth Rotary.
